shocked

See INEC lead by Idiotic Yakubu disgracing themselves because they know what they did. What concerns them? What really concerns them? Are they know longer neutral body again,? Ofcourse, they're not hence the disgraceful selection of Tinubu the drug lord . This alone confirms that Peter Obi won the election.

If this really came from yakubu INEC, it is a seal that the presidential election was rigged and sold to tinubu.
It is a seal that INEC was compromised.

PODATTI court prayers dazed a serious blow to many.
It was skilfully and intelligently packaged to test the process that produced Tinubu, test INEC and the judiciary.

Typing rubbish with confidence is the hallmark of mobs soludo was talking about.

It further said that the ground of the petition that Tinubu was not elected by majority of lawful votes cast as contained in Paragraph 20(iii) of the petition was defective for failure to plead the alleged unlawful votes to be deducted and/or lawful votes to be credited to the petitioners.

Infact, it’s one of the most useless petition ever grin

see this unscrupulous image your doom is nearer, you won't excape the coming revolution.
FreeStuffsNG:
According to INEC, the petitioners (Obi and LP) did not have polling agents in all the polling units across Nigeria as they only submitted a list of 134, 874 polling agents which is 41, 972 short of the 176, 846 polling units across Nigeria.

Then INEC described Mr Obi's petition as:

Grossly incompetent,

Abusive,

Vague,

Nebulous,

Generic,

General,

Non-specific,

Ambiguous,

Equivocal,

Hypothetical and

Academic.

All these in just one petition by Mr Obi.

One thing is clear,
LP's petition is the most difficult petition that INEC/Tinubu's SANs have encountered.
It took them 21 days to write this hogwash.
This would have made sense if they replied the 2nd day.

It's just like the case of a boastful Student who believes he can solve any question posed to him in a one-hour test. After reading the question about 10times and for shame of submitting a blank sheet, decided to start writing nonsense about 5mins to the end of the test AND even asking for extra sheet.

How would it be heard that Woke Olanipekun SAN and 15 other SANs couldn't reply meaningfully?

Imagine them speaking as judges.
How can you say a petition is incompetent blablabla?

Go and prove that it is.

They don’t need to reply. What’s their to reply? Is social media court of law? Obi already filed his petition and the rest would be solved in court. You won’t hear a word from Wole until matter starts..

A no case submission should be enough to throw away the useless petition. The tribunal should just dismiss the petition based on INEC and APC’s preliminary objection. No point wasting everybody’s time going into trial.

You are right. The case is for the judges to decide and not for one of the defendants to decide.
A defendant can only defend himself, while the judges listen, adjudicate and pass judgement according to the law and not based on sentiment.

This is so funny

Keep shut you are shouting APC at thesame time you are shouting inec chairman but inthe court you refuse to produce a single evidence or demonstrate how you were rigged they dnt shout in court they prove

Obi supporters re very shallow and ignorant. What you see today from APC and inec is just preliminary objections.
The major part of the defense will not be released until the final statutory date given to the 4 respondents, INEC,APC,TINUBU AND SHETTIMA.
By the time 4 respondents summits their defense, there will no longer be a time for LP to adjust or add to their case.
LP should be worried , cos out of the preliminary objection of APC lawyers, Peter obi didn't include atiku and pdp as party to the case, which means he can't benefit from anything because he came third position behind Tinubu and Atiku
