- Otuibe Vows to Rig April 15th Ahiazu State Constituency Rerun through Heavy Vote Buying; budgets N10,000 per vote.
It is no longer news that the just concluded March 18th House of Assembly Election in Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency, Imo State was declared Inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Commission. An election marred with lots of thuggery, voters intimidation, vote buying, rigging and incidence of violence by the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (Apc) by name Mr. Samuel Otuibe known as Molar; which led to the cancellation of the 9 polling units which were won clearly by his Major rival.

It is also on record that Samuel Otuibe (Molar) who was moving from one polling unit to another with heavy security personals (Police, DSS) & thugs was seen unleashing violence, confronting party agents of opponents and voters who stood their ground for their political parties which has kept many of them hospitalised till date, kidnapped INEC officials and diverted INEC Materials to his home in Amuzi, brought unknown faces to Ahiazu to perpetrate undemocratic tenets; was seen a day after the election was declared Inconclusive by INEC, celebrating and spreading fake rumors that INEC have declared him winner and called his supporters to celebrate at his hometown.

As such, as the Electoral Body INEC has fixed April 15th 2023, as the date for the Rerun Election in Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency in Imo State, there is need for the head of our security authorities (Police, Dss) to caution strictly their officers as well as invite Samuel Otuibe for thorough questioning/investigation.
It is on record that during the Ahiazu Mbaise State House Election Security Briefing, which took place at the Ahiazu Police station having all candidates from different political parties physically present except Samuel Otuibe (Molar) who was absent, neither did he send his campaign DG or LGA party chairman in his stead; he purposely absconded the significant event which was held due to the record of threats and violence perceived by the Nigerian Police Force and has become the only candidate causing mayhem on the people of Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency at the March 18th State House of Assembly Election with no just cause, most especially at Amuzi/Ihenworie Ward which is his political ward where his major opponent won him in major polling units.

Reliable insider information and rumors, have it that Sam otuibe held a meeting in the city of Owerri with the winners of the just concluded Imo State House of Assembly Seat who are members of his party Apc, calling on them to come alongside with their security personals & thugs to be headed by the Nkwerre State House of Assembly Member Elect- Mr. Amara Iwuanyawu, to invade Ahiazu State Constituency Rerun Election, rig, buy votes, intimidate voters for their preferred candidate Sam otuibe (Molar) of APC.
For our Member-Elects of the APC party, you have won your elections, focus on the dividends of democracy and legislative gain your constituents will benefit in the 10th Assembly for the next 4 years and leave Ahiazu Mbaise Constituents to decide who will speak for them.
We will not allow anyone to truncate our democracy and impose a candidate on our people;; as such we will be fully out to protect our democracy (votes of our people), till announced by INEC.

Let it be known that Ahiazu Mbaise Constituents are peace loving people and will not allow the selfish power hunger of one man destroy the whole local government; as such, we call on the Heads of the Nigerian Security Apparatus to take the lead to ensure that the 15th April Rerun Election is devoid of rigging and is free, fair and transparent.
Owing to the controversies surrounding the previous elections in the nation; our people must be reassured by the Nigerian Government and her agencies of the genuity of our Electoral Processes and regain our confidence.

INEC must stand firm in protecting their Guidelines and Act as we look forward to an election that will be free, fair and credible enough to be Called an Election.

Kindly find attached, videos showing clearly the violence and Electoral mayhem brought to our people by the Apc Candidate- Mr.Samuel Otuibe (Molar) in the previous March 18th Election which he plans to repeat on the forthcoming Saturday Election.

Just like APC and Hope Uzodinma intimidated voters in Orsu, Oru and Orlu LGAs during the National and state elections.

He brought in soldiers to intimidate voters and forced them into their homes, while INEC officers and strangers imported from Owerri were brought in to vote on behalf for Orsu people while his agents took phone video records, claiming that elections are going on well....

Orsu LGA has more than 20,000 voters but the
APC man who Uzodinma rigged in to represent Orsu in the HOA, Jude Agabige had only about 200 votes, others contestants had almost zero votes.

Go to INEC portal and peruse Orsu and Imo state HOA results in general and have a good laugh.

If Uzodinma goes scot-free and unscathed after his atrocities on Imo people, I will agree that God does not really exist.

It is sad what Imo State has turned into.

It was worse during the Supplementary.

They used a combination of thugs and gun men. They didn't wait for the results to be counted at the booths.

INEC has to cancel the election.
