How does this "read" funny?

Honestly, if my experience got worse, I may lose my leg. Of which I know I will rather take my life than live without any part of my body.

See my brother, never mind these little children who do not understand when serious issues on ground.
Back to your Post, i suggest you try Coffee, Not any how coffee but BLENDED COFFEE. I think it's foreign and is about 2k something. It will help you in brain energy you are looking for. I believe so.
Good luck.

I was like you once,
But I countered it by getting addicted to bottle water.

So instead of coca cola bottle I hold on to Eva bottle.

I realized it wasn't just the cola but the bottle I was addicted to too.

My works require a lot of creative thinking, but for some reason, complex thoughts hurt my heads so much that by the end of the day, I am more tired than a person hewing trees in the bush.

So, about two years ago, I discovered that if I drink coke, my head does not hurt at all.

I believe my brain was able to use the "Sugar" in coke more effectively than the ones processed by my body from carbohydrates.

So, I limit my consumption of Carbs and eats more junks and cokes.

It really helped me since I can work tirelessly for long hours without my brain tiring out. But then, some of my body sensors stop working correctly.

I won't know when I am thirsty or hungry. Infact, I struggle to eat many times since I rarely have appetite for food ---I just drink sugary stuff to regain my energy.

But I have been noticing some tingling in my legs and can sometimes get worse during sleep (I can wake up in the middle of the night to see that my leg is dead)

Unknown to me, Coke produces cholesterols , and since I am an indoor person that rarely goes out or exercise, the cholesterols are clogging my veins and preventing proper flow of blood.

Although, coke produces less than other harmful junks I eat----Yogurt, buscuits, sweets, licking pure sugar, etc.

I do not mind the consumption of these junks because my blood sugar level is Ok, and I believe my brain needs them.

But about five days ago, I did some jump and hit my big toe on the floor, causing some internal sprain.

Usually, the sprain should go early, but I was surprised to wake up the third day to some excruciating pain. This mean the wound is not healing at all, and as far as I can remember, I experience some tingling in my leg during the night. So, it is likely that blood is not flowing properly to my legs again, and wound cannot heal without good supply of blood.

I decided to massage the leg, and in the process, I mistakeinly touch the toe next to my big toe (I can't recollect the name of this toe as the moment, so just take it as "the next big toe"wink

My "next big toe" was soooo painful to touch, and I was surprised because I never felt any pain from that area.

When I inspect it properly, I discovered my "next big toe" is dying.

There is something called Gangrene, it is the death of body tissue when blood stops flowing to that area, and in severe cases, the body area will need to be amputated.

My "next big toe" has started dying due to lack of proper blood flow to it.

Luckily for me, no other toe is affected.

I did some research and discover that bad cholesterols can block blood vessels, and since I am an heavy "Sugar" eater, I am likely surffering from that.

I decided I won't take sugar again.

I massaged my toe to life, and decided to eat healthy yesterday. I went out during the day to eat at a restaurant, and cooked at night (unlike me)

That single changed in life style really cause some changes in my body. Yesterday night, I feel many veins in my body coming to life, especially in my leg region. And by this morning, my "next big toe" is no longer grayish in color. It is not as painful to touch as it was either.

Encouraged by the improvements, I decided not to take any form of sugar again.

But there is a problem----my brain.

Without Sugar, my brain was so slow and thinking was sooo painful. I struggled to complete my task yesterday, and I have been avoiding work since morning (today) because I was just feeling pains in my head.

I don't understand it. It seems my body got issue with carbs cause even if I eat excess of it, I may feel sick. I am also slim because my body don't retain fat or carbs.

I have been struggling since morning, trying to adjust to a change in diet. But since I have works to do, I have no choice but to get another bottle of Coke.

Expectedly, my brain becomes really cool a few seconds after taking the coke.

Although, I have resolved not to take any other type of drinks or junk, to eat properly, and take Coke only "one day on, one day off." I honestly want to do without every form of sugar.

I'm afraid I'm addicted to coke, and I don't know how to overcome it.

Below is a picture of how Gangrene looks, so it's something scary.

Tingling sensation? Please go for blood sugar test bro.

U are analysing and diagnosing urself by urself even up to telling us what ur brains needs to function.

while it is good to observe ur body and watch ur health becareful to to abuse medication or self therapy.

U brain doesn't needs sugar it's needs oxygen and blood flow. sugar is for quick energy which helps ur blood flow when in right quantity.

the reason ur are dull without talking coke is because ur body is addicted to the high sugar levels and gets discomfort without it just like smoking or any other addictive substance.

if eat a balance diet u will still get carbs and sugar. Then u can do mild exercise for better blood flow and u should feel better than abusing sugar intake.

u can also take lemonade or glucose instead of coke.

Why not switch to drinking tea mixed with honey to see your body's reaction to it in a few days?

Bros is playing with diabetes grin
Is your urine sweet for ants? As in when you pee, you see ants around it?
There is a test to do. I think it is called fasting blood sugar. If I remember right, you don't eat or drink before going for the test. Blood sample is drawn. You are then told to go get some food. Few hours after eating blood is draw again to see how your system breaks down sugar.
Better see a proper doctor asap to send you for test. Go to a proper place like clinix at Ilupeju, Supprisenly they are way cheaper than all those neighborhood mosh room labs that give fake results.
That issue of your toe not healing fast is not a good sign.
Hopefully you have not cause any damage to your health.

How did you conclude your Blood sugar is ok? Do you go for regular checks? The symptoms you highlighted are mostly those of a type 2 diabetic patient. I would suggest you slow down on coke but if you must take it, go for the diet coke or no sugar version.

Go see a doctor for proper check don't rely on those roadside pharmacies checking blood sugar for you oo

Medical Doctor not Native Doctor Pls.

I actually wanted to stop then as I was noticing the tingling and read online that It may be the cause. But the doctor said my blood glucose is ok. I also told him all the symptoms and he said it might be due to bad sleeping posture.

Although, he suggested I do urine test, but I havn't the time to go back.

I've spoken to a doctor before, but he said I'm Ok. It's even what encouraged me to continue.

I suggest you need a specialist.

Obviously, there's a psychiatrist aspect to it. If the dependence on sugar for functional brain activity cannot be overcome, maybe a dietician will be involved to find alternatives to Coca cola.

Sugar is a little bit like drug. It exites the reward part of your brain and your have treat it as an addiction in order to beat your dependence on it. The answer here is discipline and lifestyle change.

Sorry about that.
First of all, stop the coke drinking habit.
Two, embark on routine exercise daily burning calories. U can jog or hit the thread mill on d gym or lock ur windows and do running on the spot up to 500 steps daily, like mornings and evenings. It burns out sugars/fats.

Not promoting drug abuse but bros try taking Igbo(marijuana) in its pure form not those already mixed with chemicals, it will help your thinking and digestion issues.

You don't need to smoke it but can use it to cook, boil in water and make tea or other cereals etc

Natural igbo helps with thinking, digestion, memory rentention and contains no chemicals.

So look for your local dealer and ask for igbo not those thrash chemical filled az or loud. Due to it being cheap it might not be prepared properly for oral consumption so select the seeds out and slice the stem and leaves to the sizes you can consume.

Thank me later. Mj is a medicinal herb when not mixed with chemicals so avoid sk, az, loud, colorado etc

I know Someone who's in the same position as you. His leg is decaying now and he's permanently on meds and it's likely they'll amputate the leg. He has seen more than 20 specialists but the answer gas been same.. That he should have managed his lifestyle and sugar intake better when younger

Continue to take the coke you hear. Just wait until you're like 60,na then the real suffer go start
