Dino Melaye, the spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council, has accused Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, of being responsible for the Peoples Democratic Party’s defeat in the last presidential election.

Melaye also stated that Wike played a role in the defection of Peter Obi, the Labour Party candidate, from the PDP to his party, weeks before the primary election.

During an appearance on Arise TV, Melaye, who is also a PDP governorship aspirant in Kogi State, made these comments.
