I use to think this guy was just being mischeivious but now i know he is also dumb.

The UN can't help you form a breakaway nation, if Ekpa want's Biafra he needs to come to Nigeria and take it by force not writing UN.

If he has mind he should take the Taiwan route and see how far he can go.

The people of Abazonia, Taiwan, Palestine etc can show him how much help the UN have been to their plight so he can learn.
