Our client is a Multi-specialists Healthcare with a state-of-the-art medical facility, the company has grown over the last 15 years to become one of the leaders in the health sector of the Nigerian economy. Located at Lagos Ibadan Express Road at about 10 minutes driving distance to Ojodu Berger Lagos with a branch in the Redemption camp area.
Vacant Position: Human Resources Manager

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for building, establishing, and leading our brand HR agenda. The main goal is to support transforming the business into a contemporary high-performance team in order to reach company goals. Operating on a best practice level, the HR is specialized in several impact areas covering the entire employee life cycle – from Employer Branding, Aligning HR to business strategies, workplace compliance, administration & Payroll to Talent Management, Employee Discipline, and Strategic planning to position the hospital as a widely acceptable brand among equal. Develop overall corporate HR strategies and policies.
• Engage and partner with unit leaders and the board to identify business challenges and opportunities, and create HR solutions
• Partners with Leadership Team by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and processes
• Coach and Consult Business leaders on HR agendas and provide HR guidance
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the organization in accordance with local legislation
• Guides the organization through research, development, and updating of policies.
• Updates HR and industry knowledge by participating in conferences and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of Human Resources & Talent management experience. Ideally, you would have led a team before now.
• Bachelor of Science / HND in Social Science. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
• Candidate with relevant HR Professional Qualifications preferable
• Experience reporting to a Managing Director.
