I experienced the same problem with them o They told me not to worry about development levy…. that I can pay it later. Only to discover they have applied 40% interest on the development levy running into millions of Naira….. now development levy has passed value of the land. This is a scam ! Amity parks and construction, Amity estate is a calculated scam o! Be careful o! 1 Like |

Very nonsense estate, just scamming their buyers with massive extortion even marketers are running from promoting the estate |
