Government has no right to detain a person indefinitely, we are not in military rule. Only the courts detain people and the courts have ruled that Nnamdi Kanu has no case to answer

Nnamdi Kanu's case is one where a supposedly democratically elected government chose to disregard the rule of law, and went to another country to engage in the international kidnapping of Nnamdi Kanu

Unfortunately for the Nigerian government that has no regard for the rule of law, the Nigerian courts simply could not accept that act of illegality, and discharged Kanu of all counts preferred against him

Now they are wasting everyone's time at the the Supreme court, knowing fully well that the Supreme court will throw the case out when they hear that the government engaged in international kidnapping of Kanu
