My statement is first on HIGHEST number of lawful votes cast... there's probability they had it...Don't you think so? Especially if you consider the variables in my initial post

But don't you think there's probability too of LP having that same 25% if they can prove theft of votes or it's suppression in the 11 states or so they're contesting the result using forensic analysis? Osibanjo told us that they recovered Edo etc using same forensic examination of results...
