So true cool

N3TRAL:

If there's anything Nigerians know how to do, it's to spread misinformation about phenomena they know nothing about.

The AGF does not need to prosecute the case himself. No AGF in Nigeria, America, Canada or USA will handle the case himself.

The subject matter of the case requires a level of specialization that I doubt any law firm or lawyer in Nigeria has.

The last time I checked, Roger Masefield, an elite British legal practitioner, was Nigeria's lawyer in the matter πŸ˜‚.

The federal government should resort to ADR in cases like this to avoid wasting scarce resources on litigation.

Forget Complicit, he is not a seasoned lawyer, how can you say you are the AGF and none of those case could get a favourable outcome, if there couldn't be a headway, why did you allow it to go to court, you should have advised the president to settle out of court, siting the low chances of converting the cases.

All the money spent to persecute the case is lost, time wasted, now they have innitiated their own and you can't stop it, you couldn't continue with anything, HE SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP!

The federal government pursued both criminal and civil cases and has lost in foreign jurisdictions but the prosecution has continued in Nigeria using the same evidence that failed abroad.
Abroad you refer to is the home countries of these rogue companies enabled by the corrupt ones among us. PMB will have none of the nonsense the AG just wrote.

There is a reason this confidental recommendation got into the media; to armtwist PMB and allow them all go free. PMB is a wise and patriotic leader who will place Nigeria first.

Malami has failed to resolve the issues. He should leave the case for incoming administration. By now he should be preparing his handover notes

Why can't buharis people not prove the case beyond every reasonable doubt but has failed woefully at home and abroad?

How is pmb wise and patriotic? Is the screenshot below an evidence of his wisdom and patriotism?

The case is more than appearing on Arise TV to argue whether the FCT is a state or obtaining an injunction from the supreme court to stall currency swap.

The case in question involves influential multinationals that are secretly backed by their powerful European home countries. It requires the services of an expert.

Hmnn. This country is indeed a crime scene. So, Abacha dashed the most prolific oil block in the Niger Delta to his son. Today, EFCC is proposing that Eni should pay $500 million to him as compensation!

Something that was fraudulently given to him in the first place?!

God, Niger Delta children in the years to come will spit on the graves of their parents for betraying them.

Even dangote's massive refinery is not in the Niger Delta. All the head offices of MOC's are in Lagos.

Oil is gradually being phased out yet the governors couldn't even plan for the future. No industry! No agriculture! Nothing!

Aside Akwa Ibom that have tried to diversify, the rest couldn't do anything. Wike the drunk is busy building flyovers like his life depends on it. SMH.
