This is where you guys got it wrong in marriage. You're looking for a girl that has good job to consider for marriage? Which girl with a good job will marry a struggling 40 years old man? Those girls are much attracted to well to do guys. Only true love and in rare cases will make a girl with good job settle for a struggling 40 years old man.

I will suggest he look out for a girl who'd love him
genuinely and unconditionally. He doesn't need to marry immediately. He could build a relationship with her and work towards improving his finances. He need a true love not a girl with good job. A girl with good job can leave him when family and friends start talking about her choice of man but a girl with true love wouldn't submit to side talk.

A girl with good job can frustrate him if he couldn't provide and meet her demands. A girl with true love from humble backgrounds will stood by him through thick and thin without demanding excessively. He could find the girl within a year and build the relationship and finances within 2-3 years before considering settling down. After marriage, they should continue working on their finances. They can have a kid or two and put a stop to it.

Study Advance Microsoft Excel
Data Analytics
Power BI
SQL &
Video Editing
These should not be too difficult since you have basic programing knowledge.

Also study mini importation.

Take a driving job (60/70k) for survival and buy a laptop - i5, 8gb ram, SSD storage n 2.5ghz processor. These configuration will make the laptop to be mobile and flexible for general purpose.

If you live in rural area, since you're not married, try to relocate to the city.

Trust me, you will breakthrough.
The Lord is your strength.
