Ifeanyi Ararume has been reappointed as the non-executive Chairman of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) by Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja. In a verdict issued today, April 18, the judge also ruled that all actions and resolutions of the NNPCL Board made from January 17, 2022, until the present were invalid and should be set aside. So NNPC chairmanship position is now an elected office they someone cannot be removed the state right? This Ararume guy is always on litigation. Either for party related issue,or job related. Justice Ekwo needs to investigated due to the kind of judgement that often emanates from his desk |
