Please which kind of worm does he has to open? His action is an abuse of power. The law doesn't authorize him to announce result of an election. It is the Returning Officer that is mandated by law to do so. He went beyond his boundary, which himself knows. It's just a pointer that himself have been compromised because law was against him announcing results of an election.
His authority is just to monitor the process and provide avenue for the smooth conduct of the election but collation and announcement of results is beyond his scope.
If himself wasn't compromised, he wouldn't have had the gut to go and announce a result that he knows he doesn't have the legal backing to do so.
In as much as I want the woman to win and be the first female governor and to also show to our southern and the so called erudite politicians in the south that what they are unable to do, the northerners with their religion inclination have done it but should not be through the backdoor. If she thinks she won the election, let her fight her course through the right channel and not through backdoor.
