I opened an account with hopes bank, about 3 months or so back. Filled all form online. Now an amount was transferred to my account on Tuesday. Now since that day till now, l can not access my account. Tried all ways, nothing. Have sent mail, called customer care number and was kept on line for 25 minutes without response. Their WhatsApp page, same thing. Since 45 ago, no response, it keeps logging out and logging in again, without reply. Please 🙏 what can l do to get my money |

Go and complain on their social media pages. Seems they resolve issues faster there than other platforms. |
