BAPTISM OF SPIRIT AND FIRE 🔥

Matthew 3:11 [11]I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

Thanks be to God for his good and many foresight promises and plans for us our believers. The Lord has seen in to the future how helpless and vulnerable our lives will be without the baptism of Holy Ghost and FIRE. Although there are many teachings about baptism of the Spirit and the revelation have made tremendous impact in our lives. However, there is need to pay close attention also to baptism of FIRE. Baptism of FIRE is another key medium by which GOD empowers us for real dominion in all aspects of our lives. Remember Jesus redeemed us to the initial state where God blessed man to have DOMINION over all things on the earth. Gen. 1:28 This DOMINION is not just in the physical realm over animals and plants it is also SPIRITUAL, FINANCIAL, HEALTH and so on.
SIMILARITIES BETWEEN BAPTISM OF HOLY GHOST AND FIRE
* Same Baptiser - JESUS Matt.3:11
*Same power in Operation - HOLY SPIRIT 1Cor.12:66.
* Both required growth and development - Luke 2:40 Luke 1:80
* Both can diminish in potency. Depending on the individual believer - 1Thess.5:10, Eph. 4:30.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAPTISM OF SPIRIT AND FIRE
*Baptism of Spirit operates from within John 7:38,39.
*Baptism of Fire is an influence from external force. Act.2:3
*Baptism of Spirit is like a seal or mark on a believer Eph.4:30. Trespassers can still be loitering houses or lands without fence. But *Baptism of Fire is like a fence in fact it is wall of FIRE round about the believers with it.Zech.2:5
* Baptism of Spirit is for DEFENCE Isa. 59:19, Baptism of Fire is for ATTACK Heb.10:29. *Baptism of Spirit is received by ASKING Luk 13:11 but Baptism of Fire is by TARRYING Act 1:8
*Baptism of Spirit helps to do good Baptism of fire helps to get good result. Act 10:38
KEY ADVANTAGES OF BAPTISM OF FIRE
*Maintain high level of Purity - it does not only purifies. It is a great weapon to fight flesh. *Consistent Fervency - This is necessary for quality God's service Rom.12:11 and Effectual Prayer life Jam. 5:16
* Higher Power of the Holy Ghost Operations Heb.1:7- It makes you a threat to the devil.Mark 1:24
*FAVOUR - The burning incense of this fire on our offerings is a sweet savour and fragrance of it brings FAVOUR towards God and man. Lev.3:5
