On Tuesday, April 25, President Muhammadu Buhari will attend the third Extraordinary Session of the Gulf of Guinea Commission (GGC) in Accra, Ghana, together with other members of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Commission. Femi Adesina, the President’s Special Advisor on Media and Publicity, has confirmed that Buhari will speak on techniques for enhancing peace and security in the region’s fight against maritime-related crimes.
