A very common phenomenon that most of us ignore is self imposter syndrome. We can explain it as a mental syndrome that attacks an individual’s confidence and self-esteem. It leads to self-doubt, sleepless nights or even depression.

How does a person feel going through self imposter syndrome?
1. Issues in accepting compliments
2. Very low self-confidence, and always fears failure.
3. The main factors responsible are child-parent relations and existing mental or physical issues.
