What You Do When Broke (sapa Mode) by meedoLock(m): 9:55am On Apr 30, 2023
I've been use to a certain way of reacting when I'm broke which I don't know if it's good for one's mental state. As we learn everyday from other people, this will go along way.

Now, whenever I sensed my Sapa moment is approaching or already in such state, here are my behaviours:
* I don't mingle with friends
* I will have a hunger for almost every nice food 🍲
* I overthink issues from the past
* Negative thoughts easily occupies my mind
And a whole lot of weird stuff.....
* I'm only comfortable asking my direct boss for help, not even family members
* I stay cool and humble....

But when I have little cash at hand and in bank

* I barely feel the need to eat
*most food will be boring to me
* I try try to stay around my good friends
* I will be anxious.
* I get full control of my thinking.
* positive and what have you.....

But my problem be say dis money dey quick finish. 😢

Abeg, is there anything to be done to sustain and retain cash when you have it.

Or are there things you do differently when broke to get good use of your time.
