According to the NCC, the deadline for the transition to the new set of codes is May 17th, 2023, signalling the end of the viability of the old short codes. Consequently, customers of MNOs such as MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom, and 9mobile, will now be able to use uniform short codes across all networks.

I check all required details on my mobile app and get notifications from my providers upon every transaction.

Modified: just realised you are the OP that's why you are supporting them. 🙄 👀 👁 😵

So are you saying it is a bad initiative.

Being the OP has nothing to do with it.

MTN *556#
glo #124*1#
Airtel *123#
Etisalat *232#.... I cant even remember...

What happens if all of them are *310#.
All networks are mandated to migrate before the end of the month.
It may be extended as is always the case.

This post is just for information purposes.
