Programming is not French or Chinese 😄, it's pure English with some Numerical Values.

Why would you find it difficult to learn it?

Some reasons may be that you don't have a good tutor.

Some could be that you don't have limited time.

Some could be that you are learning under pressure.

But the whole thing there is if you can see it a hobby, you can learn it easily.

There are books to read, at your leisure, buy one of them and read codes and how they function.

Don't learn it because you want to make money so that you don't rush it and miss steps.

Learn it step by step

From
HTML to CSS to JavaScript to Python to C++ to C# and in six months you are done with them even without a PC.

Your smart phone is good enough for the job.
