What do people always mean by Nigerian Foreign rice?

It's fully Nigerian but they add the foreign tag....why?

The one they took time to process well without stone and dusty dirt.

I think because it can compete well with foreign rice and having all the characteristics of foreign rice:
*No stones
*No chaff
*Non soggy

The contrast "Nigeria"because local Rice is sweeter than foreign in the real sense.


Poster,did you also observe Rice is now cheaper in the South than it's in The North?
People in the South might probably be bagging foreign rice at the moment and tag it"Nigeria"as well
