The events of Ekweremadu got me thinking Is it possible for UK parliamentarian who also committed the same crime as Ekweremadu, and committed the crime here in Nigeria to be trialed and imprisoned by the Nigerian government? And not just any Parliamentarian, a popular one as Ekweremadu was popular in his region. I'll like to know your comments. 2 Likes |

Yeah they'll be jailed. This sort of crime won't have the UK government running to temper justice with mercy. The same crime here only carries a year in jail and a small fine. National Health Act. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Who born the Nigerians? Just a phone call from one big Nigerian politician and the man would be freed immediately. Here in Nigeria, top politicians are untouchables. If they want to pretend, they would adjourn and adjourn the case till it dies off 5 Likes |

It's very possible, however it will have to be a serious crime like murder, kidnapping, and the likes |

a UK parliament member will not come to Nigeria for medical treatment talk more of having a house here. Some things are better not imagined Ekweremadu is a scape goat for politicians who have refused to develop the country with basic amenities despite the monies in their disposal. 24 Likes |

A Parliamentarian from the UK wouldn't act foolishly as a Nigerian politician. Thank you Britain for disgracing the disgusting and evil animal called Ike Ekweremadu. I wish other idiotic politicians like Ike could learn. |

If he is caught trying to steal the kidney of the Child of any Nigerian Senators he is definitely going to jail Even Buhari and Obasanjo won’t be able to save him because the Senate will take it Personal |

Is Nigeria a country to even start with? I don’t know why Nigeria fought for independence when they can’t rule themselves. Colonial master should just come back! 1 Like |

Yes, if he commits a crime in Nigeria. But they are quite careful people, I doubt they will be caught committing a crime in Nigeria. |

One down, a thousand to go. I'm proposing a faster approach: lob an improvised explosive device into the villa and another into the Senate floor to clear out these criminals. Of course the state and local level must not be left out. Then, just maybe then, we'll start our long march to development. |

The answer is no, There is racism towards Africans in America but in Nigerians reverse is the case the colors alone earns them dignity, contract and other flavors. The foreigners have committed so many atrocities in Nigeria but never been convicted. |

A UK parliament member would simply wait on the transplant list in hope to get a transplant from a dead patient who offers their organs for the needy while also sourcing for a kind living donor. They won't go out looking to harvest organ of the vulnerable |
