1.) Buhari is very vindictive and unforgiven.

Going into leadership position with the mindset to deal with some section of the country is a step towards failure unless you will be bold enough to expel that section of the country from being part of the country so that their failure won't weigh you down and bring you more political adversaries.

2.) Another reason Buhari failed is because he wanted to compensate all the key politicians that helped him to win the election in 2015, and in so doing, Buhari ended up handing sensitive political positions to clueless politicians that lacked knowledge of how to drive the nation's economy in the positive direction.

3.) Buhari failed because of his age and closed-mindedness which makes him not to be open to constructive criticisms and opinions. He believes that being a retired army general (unqualified though) and a former head of state means he has all the knowledge to rule Nigeria.

4.) Buhari failed because he believes only Northern Muslims can be trusted to fight corruption and insecurity without compromise, so he ended up surrounding himself with vultures, hyenas and jackals that destroyed his government.

Tinubu will surprise me when he reverses the mess that Buhari has done to the naira. Whether Obi gets his mandate or not, I will respect him if he manages to achieve that.

It doesn't make sense that the Toyota Corolla 09 that Nigerians buy in bulk for Uber at the rate of 950k in 2014 is now sold for over 4 million naira in 2023. Prices of food and groceries are another major issue. The last time some Nigerians drank evaporated milk was 2014. They can't imagine paying N400 for an item they bought for N100 a few years ago. Open up other seaports to function fully and to free Lagos ports.

Tinubu must not remove petrol subsidy at once, let him be serious about it and map out 6 months to gradually remove petrol subsidy. He can start the phase 1 two months after his swearing in, and observe the outcome.






Tinubu should place emergency on security and sit personally with the heads of key security bodies and outline his urgent expectations from them in order for them to continue on the job. He can give them 6 months trial period or probation period to be reviewed every 2 months.


He can consult private and foreign security experts on how to resolve the farmer herder clashes that have led to massacre and displacement of innocent middlebelt indigenes. Fulani herdsmen killings of Nigerian farmers must be stopped at all cost or brought to the barest minimum to revive Nigeria's agricultural sector.


To achieve this, Tinubu must be decisive in allowing State Policing to take full operation.
