The elections have come and but there are palpable tensions with the sitting of the Election Tribunal to validate or adjudicate on election matters.

Both the PDP and LP are accusing the ruling party, the APC of stolen mandate. It will be a legal fireworks between the PDP and LP versus the INEC and APC. The INEC will have to defend their results the Presidential election on the front burner.

Is it a case of a lost or stolen mandate? This is one important issue the courts will decide. It is widely believed that elections lost on the presidential level is a LOST MANDATE. It's IRREDEEMABLY LOST.

We have had few cases the Supreme Court reversed the lower courts judgement or upheld at the state level. Can the Supreme Court set a precedence at the Presidential level?
