Role Executive Assistant
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job description:
-Scheduling meetings and appointments
-Draft, review and send communications

-Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Executive Director
-Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
-Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings
-Maintain various records and documents

Competencies/Skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Time-management skills
-Ability to pay attention to details
-Organization skills
-Ability to multitask
-Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office suites
-Interpersonal skills
-Proven experience as an EA.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Adminstration, Arts and Education.

Experience:
2yrs+ cognate experience

Salary:
2.4 Million P/A
