We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and
passionate female secretary, who’ll take on the following responsibilities…

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments,
typing, preparing and collating reports filing
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Prioritising workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

Requirements:
• BSc or HND holder (Experience is a plus)
• Must be a computer literate
• Fluent in speaking English
