Position: T-Shirt Designer (Merchandise Designer)

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and appealing designs for T-shirts, focusing on current trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers and product managers, to ensure the designs align with the brand's vision.
- Conduct thorough research on emerging fashion trends, design techniques, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Create design mock-ups and present them to the team for feedback and approval.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the accurate execution of designs during the production process.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines, quality standards, and target market preferences.
- Adapt and modify designs based on customer feedback, sales data, and market trends.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, new design software, and emerging technologies relevant to the field.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a T-Shirt Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Knowledge of printing techniques, fabric limitations, and production processes related to T-shirt design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and customer preferences.
- A genuine passion for creating unique and appealing T-shirt designs.
