Exactly. My pity is to the woke and stupid Yorubas fraternising with this people who have shown themselves to be enemies of Yoruba interests at all times. Their father, Arthur Nzeribe did it with Abiola by going to court to ask for the annulment of June 12,1993 election that MKO won fairly. Now it's the turn of the children on Tinubu over a man that finished distant 3rd in an election. This time around they'll be met with stiff resistance. What they did successfully with MKO will never happen again.

Igbo leaders should have called their people to order. They miss the opportunity to become president in 2023 because of their past deeds. Their activities today will also work against them tomorrow.

There is no way they will get that judgment. it is rife with procedural irregularities.

1. Simply claiming to represent FCT residents who are not a legal entity will get that case struck out

2. The High Court has no jurisdiction over presidential elections

3. The Chief Justice of the Federation is not a proper party in this case

Their is litigation is justifiable and will be entertained in any Court of law...
For goodnesses sake those people are Federal capital territory residents who saw clearly the irregularities that mered the 2023 election and decided to lawfully seek redres.... Who are you then to question the their resolve

Obi has made Nigerian believe that those living In Abj have two heads.

That is the way they think. In fact, if they have their ways Only Voters and Votes from their enclave should be allowed in determining who rule Nigeria.

They deserve Pity.

I'm not arguing, I'm only sharing a little knowledge. I haven't questioned their resolve, nor did i say their litigation isn't justifiable (in principle at least). In fact, it is good for citizens to challenge matters in Court. But when it comes to this particular matter the law is clear on who can come to court on electoral issues, which Court can grant the reliefs sought, and so on.

Well let's see if I'll be proven wrong.

Lol

Brother rest. The irregularities in Abuja or where?

The Electoral Acts or Nigeria Constitution does not give nor confer preferences to Voters by Geographical Location.

They are on a Wild goose chase and they know it.

Now is for Obi to start planning for the next Elections. He has started well by reaching out and apologizing to eminent individuals derided by his so called supporters.

To win Election in Nigeria, the Votes of your Kinsmen and your Church/Mosque members can't get you there. He should reach out, EARN Trust,

Let us remind ourselves again: ( Pathway in History)

Azikiwe rejecting the inclusion of succession clause in our constitution to spite The AG lead by the Yoruba leader .

The Better Nigeria Leader, A. Nzeribe, who approached the court to stop the counting and announcement of 1993 elections, described by historians as the most successfully organize election, Which was won by another Yoruba man and one time richest man in Nigeria - MKO

Let us assume the two above suffered from complexes of their time, what about a man in his twenty's, highly exposed young man and schooled overseas. Another Kanu's who bravely organize a 5 Million match for the then dictator, S. Abacha, while many democrats in our land were piling pressure on the military to return to barrack or declare the acclaimed winner of the then aborted electoral process.

Historically, our Noisy neighbors have taught us one singular thing that they can never change and will remained antagonistically to our race and collective aspiration. In basic Medicine, our knowledge of a successful locomotory motions shows that their must be a synergy of purpose between the agonist and antagonist, just like south pole and north pole or positive and negative.
This attitude must never be seen in a bad light , after all, but be accommodated for a successful co-habitation with a familiar foes . We shall remain neighbors for life and there is no way one can leave their space( land) for the other. So we should look forward to receiving more attacks and further attacks on our collective dreams from this antagonistically inclined race and it's for the betterment of our society on the long run. Closed .

Don't mind ethnic bigot on this platform. They don't have friends across the country and never travel out side their home state. They are very irresponsible people. But the fact remains: Jagaban won the election. 25percent or no 25percent in Abuja doesn't stop any body from becoming a president

In a country where justice prevailed, this would have worked but there seems no justice in Nigeria, yet. But there is divine judgment, and it will surely come.
