Having been to about half of cities on the list - I concur. Namibia might be Africa’s best kept secret - the country is amazing.

Lagos would’ve made the list if not for the excessive population. 60% of the people in Lagos have no business being in that city.

You are listening to the rubbish which the Nigerian politician tell you Cairo is in the population and. Tunisian city is it the population hi. Look at cities in Malaysia and Indonesia.. it is lack of investment when I was in UK Nigerian low incomes families will be buying houses in South Africa Namibia and Botswana. They do not have the money to afford the properties in UK. When you look at Lagos what serious investment is there in the States where everything is done by the government
