It's amazing how in the teachings of Christian eschatology they almost always manage to skip the 1000-year reign of Christ on this earth. This is the dispensation Christians should be looking forward to. As far as selecting an assembly we must realize that different assemblies have different objectives - a small part of the overall picture - which when combined helps build a well rounded Christian. There are assemblies that are like specialist hospitals where you address emergency health, physical and spiritual conditions. There are assemblies where you are soaked in the understanding of the written scriptures. There are assemblies where deeper mysteries not explicitly codified in the written scriptures are taught. There are assemblies that specialize in missions and evangelism and there are assemblies that help Christians teach the wisdom needed to live your best life here on earth. As for me, I drink from all these cisterns provided they are all powered by the Holy Ghost with proven signs and wonders. This is why in every assembly, the foundational thing that should be taught and cultivated in every new convert are a entrance into the spirit realm, a relationship with the Holy Ghost and being led by the Holy Ghost. This is what will prepare new converts to correct select the assembly that matches their spiritual and physical needs.

Hell always sounded like a cynical marketing ploy designed to make people afraid to leave or displease the particular sect. And it seemed to really kill empathy - 'god says they burn, they burn' doesn't make me think of someone being full of love and compassion and all that.

Eternal punishment for finite transgressions always seemed abusive to me. How can someone look at the idea of a being who would condemn people to that and call it love?

Even when I was a Christian Hell was just too weird for me to accept. Infinite punishment for finite offenses is an eye for an eye on steroids. Punishing people for disobeying nit-picky rules makes God an abusive parent. One reason often given for punishment is to teach the offender not to offend again, but if punishment is eternal then how can the offender benefit from this teaching? Jesus is supposed to be into forgiveness but forgiveness shouldn't involve eternal suffering. Hell isn’t redemptive, it isn’t leading to repentance, it’s simply pain for pain’s sake.

If Yahweh is real and omniscient, that means he already decided that we're going to hell before he even created us. But if this omniscient deity allows for deathbed conversions, then it doesn't matter what kind of life you lead. You could be a brutal dictator who massacred tens of millions of people, yet still get into heaven if you tell Jesus you're sorry. Your victims could all go to hell for eternity if they never repented. That's how bleeped up Christian morality is.

Maybe Christians can answer a few questions for me. The Bible says that there is ONLY ONE way to get into Heaven: by accepting salvation through Jesus.

So it follows that the Christians who ran the Nazi death camps can get into heaven. But their 6 million Jewish victims must burn for all eternity in the pits of Hell. I've talked to many Christians about this and they just pretty much accept it.

My questions are:

1. How f***ed up do you have to be to believe Nazis can go to Heaven but their 6 million Jewish victims must burn? That's just sick. But Christians believe it. What the f*** is wrong with you people?

2. Why would ANYONE willingly worship a god that would act like that? Is it just a fear thing (better known as cowardice)? And

God has gone the extra mile to ensure that we escape Hell by providing Jesus to pay for our sins. All we need do is to accept what he done, repent and forsake our sins, confess Jesus as our Lord and savior, and work with God to perfect his will in us.
The choice is ours. God does not send anyone to Hell. If we reject Jesus, we have automatically chose Hell, there nothing more God can do for us. Jesus is the on way to God and eternal life (life In heaven).

When will you humans begin to ever think rationally, have you ever seen someone gone to hell before? It's better you don't talk about what you don't know. A thousand years is like a day before God, I lived a 100 yrs on earth and that's a few hours before God, will God now punish me eternally for a finite sin? If you say God is love, how can a loving God be evil at the same time? If you make it to heaven and you tell God I need to see my loved one and he shows them to you in hell how they are living in pain and crying in anguish will you be happy with such a God?

Most churches are more interested in building mansions, buying private jets for the useless G.Os, building private universities through which they can make money from the rich, sucking up to people with erroneous messages and making them feel comfortable in their "petty" sins,so as not to lose members.
Most are more interested in making their members bound for Hell,by emphasizing on prosperity, leaving out salvation.
Then there are the worst of them all__ Churches that operate with the power of Lucifer, derived from Water spirits especially, who ensnare and afflict ignorant and foolish Christians who don't know their left and right in the Bible, winning souls for Satan.
