We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female candidate to join our procurement company in Lagos. We are looking for an Event Manager who will also be responsible for client engagement.

Requirements:

Education: Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field. This educational background demonstrates their knowledge and expertise in event planning.

Event Planning Experience: We prefer candidates with prior experience in planning and executing corporate events. This experience equips them with the ability to identify potential challenges and provide timely solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Candidates must effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in a clear and concise manner.

Organizational Skills: The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills are crucial to ensure smooth operations.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is vital to ensure every aspect of the event is flawless and meets our high standards.

Creativity: We are looking for a creative event coordinator who can add unique and memorable touches to our events, making them stand out from the rest.

Budget Management: The ability to effectively manage a budget is a critical skill for this role. Candidates should demonstrate their capability to work within a budget without compromising quality.

Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and efficient problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be able to think on their feet and resolve issues as they arise.
