The pin is called *withdrawal pin* because it allows you to enter your account details to your admob account so that Google will pay you directly to your local bank account

After that you must have earn up to $100 before you will be paid (you can withdraw) on 21st of the month. They pay all their App owners on 21st of the month.

It might take 2 to 3 working days before your bank will credit your account sometimes. Some get alert that same day.

This depends and App is. Google has alot of technology in place to track your account if you are doing genuine activities in your account or not.

As a newbie I would advice you to not rush or become greedy to avoid your account been banned or suspended. We usually advice our members to play safe by clicking few Ads at the start.

This is because, on a good day if you build an App now and put it on play store you will need to do some marketing before people will know about the App and start downloading it. So now your App is still new, you will need to discipline yourself to earn small at start.

All the money you earn in dollars will be paid to your bank. When you reach $100 you will be able to enter your bank details.

The least time you can spend is 10mins... There is actually no maximum... Just apply wisdom.

Account Verification (address verification) is done once your earning gets to $10. A verification pin will be sent to the address you filled in the payment session.

It usually take 2 to 4 weeks to reach the nearest post office to your area. They can also send it to your address (if its easy to trace) or you get it from the post office by yourself. You will be notified once they mail it.

Before you can be paid to your local bank account, your address/account must have been verified. And you must have earned up to the threshold of $100 to be eligible to withdraw. But $10 to be able to be verified.
