The problem is, mental illness does not show for face like that. And mentally ill people sometimes are very adept at lying. (See columbine in 1999, where both shooters saw a psychiatrist before they embarked on their killing spree...and told a lot of lies.).

I betcha the shooter showed no signs of mental illness, nor was he formally diagnosed.

Well, we just had another massacare in the Middle belt...but yeah, it is better in Nigeria...largely because most Nigerians cannot buy guns cheaply. Also, guns are not integral to most Nigerian cultures as it is in the US
