As the legal dispute between the Labour Party (LP) and All Progressives Congress (APC) regarding the outcome of the recently concluded presidential election began at the Court Of Appeal in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) today, a member of the Obi-Datti presidential campaign council, Ndi Kato, has expressed concerns about Nigeria’s judicial system.

Ndi Kato took to her official Twitter account a few minutes ago to make this statement.

Quoting the original message shared by Ndi Kato on Twitter, she stated, “We are advocating for live broadcasting of the Election Tribunal on television networks, but the court, upon which we rely for this ruling, has currently prohibited the use of mobile phones inside. What direction is Nigeria heading? Why does our judiciary function in this manner?”.

The only man that would have save Nigeria from this dictatorship government (APC) is Jonathan he would have fight the fight once and for all but look at where we find ourselves now.

it is lovely, at least for the protection of the people that will testify against Peter girigory Obi, his miscreants are despicable and on rampage, they don't care about anything, they just want to cause commotion, it is better to leave the miscreants out of the way the court is run

I don't believe anything good can come from election tribunal. It is full of corrupt judges who are pawns in the hands of politicians.

I knew this will happen, only someone not wise enough will think that Obi will win, even though the results will be counted in the presence of everyone and Obi win the highest, he'll still not be counted as winner.

It would only be justice when your candidate wins.

Phones must be banned to protect the judges and lawyers because Lunatics’ party (LP) supporters who are largely brainless and directionless, are on rampage attacking anyone who opposes their useless god called Peter Obi.

I have said this severally, I thought I was the only one thinking like that, Jonathan was a coward and very selfish, who was more concerned with self preservation, that he delivered us to these evil people in apc ,we are now looking on to God to deliver us, because its going to be a hard task

Ask them, many of them are daft. Honestly, many certificate holders are illiterate, phones in the courtroom? Is not part of the judicial standing rules

You can't dictate to the courts or system. Even in America father of democracy, they don't transmit it live.
