Why are you always afraid of being 'quoted', wrapping your posts around quote tag, to prevent people from replying you, if you know your posts are sensible? This is a public forum and one way of learning, unlearning and relearning is through exchange of ideas and opinions.

Nobody just a Cangaro wuruwuru to the answer . Obi is not a Valid presidential candidate of any political party in Nigeria. He just wasted Atikus votes. Atiku will hate him forever. Obo is a power hunger With no plans.

Statute barred.

Nothing will come out of this.

Meanwhile INEC has shown that it is just a branch of APC.

It responded to an inquiry from APC with a speed of light but the Presidential Election Petition Court ordered it since March to provide Labour Party with the documents they need to prosecute their case but they have blatantly continued to disobey that order.

No wahala!

Rest.

Obi was returned unopposed by voice affirmation.

So there was no need for voting by delegates.

But even if delegates voted, the presidential primary happened over one year ago and can no longer be challenged.

Tell your paymasters to try another thing.

which one is rest

Una hate transparency abi

The law states that the delegates from states must be there unless court limits them base on rivalry

It means illegal delegates joined in affirming obi

Voice votes as unanimous is still the same as voting cos they must all sign to it

You can see it's not about whether it's last year, it's about illegal process

But Tinubu drug case that happened 30yrs ago outside Nigeria is admissible in court & fresh for trial even the case is closed in the US.

If Tinubu certificate can still be brought forward after the election there is no such thing as its tew late, pre election matters can be tried in High court & supreme , jurisdiction lo matter

Wasn’t expecting anything different from you because you believe everything must go your way.
Did LP/Obi pay the statutory fee to get those documents?
If you need a transcript from a school you graduated from, are you not going to pay some charges?
Let’s be sincere irrespective of the political divide we belong to.

At the bolded is wrong.
There must be delegates from states even if the candidate is unopposed.
Little research will help.
