It's d law that mere filling of notice of appeal and or notice of stay of proceedings doesn't operate ipso facto a stay of proceedings..

The court MUST as a matter of course rule on it. And parties must mantain d status quo ante pending d hearing and determination of d application for a stay of proceedings one way or d other.

Abure, Asq, in d face of d law, u ain't d labour party national acting chairman except ur appeal succeeds. This is an elementary principle of law which i expect u should have at ur finger tips.

IF you believed that Tinubu gave him any amount to fight Obi, then you also have to believed that Tinubu also gave the Abuja court money to declare Apapa as the true leader of LP.
