I hope it's not the western digital used during election because dos ones have expiring date. it happened to me. i bought one after like 4months it stopped working. i wouldn't know about dis. i can only buy if sealed cos i still need an external hard disk.

google it. i have run into something of such online before. i think it was to know if the hard disk is good shape
