As a Dispatch Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products/services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
* Safely and promptly deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations within Uyo and its environs.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
* Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Utilize navigation tools to plan the most efficient routes for deliveries.
* Perform routine maintenance on the assigned motorcycle and ensure its cleanliness and roadworthiness.
* Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the goods being transported.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival, recipient's name, and any other necessary details.
* Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid rider's license (class A) and excellent riding skills.
* Good knowledge of Uyo routes and traffic regulations.
* Familiarity with using navigation tools, such as GPS,.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English or local language.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries within specified timeframes.
* Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude towards customers.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
* Physically fit and able to lift packages of various weights.
