Nigeria is a country that practices loop sided democracy. It is sickening to call what we practice politically a democracy because we never had truly elected leaders, all we have are mere choices of selected or appointed persons who either are not qualified or have questionable attributes.
In a more democratic setting our legislative arm of government ought to be functioning independently, so also should the judiciary operate.
HOW CAN THE EXECUTIVE APPOINT THE HEAD OF LEGISLATIVE ARM? WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT WHEN THAT HAPPENS
We are not going to make any progress as a country untill we do the right things.
