A top Fortune 500 CEO once said "if you truly want to be a Billionaire, identify problems and solve them". For Sanmi Lajuwomi, one of his primary purpose of founding Winock Holdings is to ensure he provides plausible solution for the 37 million micro-businesses in Nigeria suffering from regular power outage, while creating avenues for them to access cash for expansion of their businesses. Is he really basking results from his endeavour?

Unlike many other start-ups in Africa that faces the challenge of gaining business balance and traction; Sunmi's Winock Holdings is fast changing the narratives.

Winock Holding parents Winock Lending Limited and Winock Solar Limited. For a large fact, the lending arm of the company is fast enthralling Nigerians. The company provides that much needed financial ecosystem to micro-businesses through duly registered and licensed subsidiary companies. They quite understand the essence of helping micro-businesses thrive, because these businesses contribute significantly to economic sustainability and social wealth creation.

Sanmi Lajuwomi is tagged as one of Nigeria's innovative young force in the business space. He had some of his educational drills in the United Kingdom. He majored in project management in the University of East London and then took some extra courses at City University. His poise create new ideas has positioned him as one of the pin-up guys to drive the new generation of young business magnates.

Taking advantage of the ever productive Nigeria business environment is a priority for Mr. Lajuwomi. He sees massive prospects in the tendencies Nigeria has.

"Nigeria is like a basket of opportunities. If you try to pursue everything, you find out you will run out of breath quickly because there are so many opportunities. We knew that from the onset and that's why we initially started focusing on the micro businesses," he said during a podcast in the UK.

As an energy entrepreneur, he has been consistent in creating avenues for micro-businesses in Nigeria to thrive through affordable provision of solar energies. Alongside Arinze, they started Winock Solar Limited. Without mincing words, they have contributed drastically to the make-up of an environment where small-scale business owners can solve their electricity deficits.

In the coming years, the Nigerian community envisages moments of clinical transition, where the likes of Tony Elumelu, Femi Otedola, and Aliko Dangote can all pass on the baton.
