It isn't.

It costs far more to get a good university than the pittance we pay. Even if we used 26% of the budget it won't be enough.

UNN this year got the highest allocation of all the universities at 25 billion naira. The truth is, it needs ten times, nay thirty times that to be looking like one of the top ten universities globally.

That's what I'm saying. Even with the pitiable 25billion what have they done with it? It's total not reflecting. It's should reflect.

We are saying the same thing bro. VC, DVC, Senate like our politicians are all sharing lump sum they get for themselves. While the universities degrades further.
