OAUTHC Releases 2023/2024 Admission Into School Of Community Health; Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the School of Community Health at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife for the 2023/2024 academic session.


OAUTHC Releases 2023/2024 Admission Into School Of Community Health
The training programmes which last for two Calender years and one Calendar year respectively will commence in September 2023, leading to the award of a Higher Diploma in Community Health.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
(A) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

West African School Certificate/GCE “0” level. Or Senior Secondary School Certificate (NECO) with five credits passes at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

1. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE FOR TWO (2) CALENDAR YEARS PROGRAMME

In addition to qualification in (a) above, candidates must possess any of the following Professional Qualifications and experience for eligibility to apply.

Diploma in Community Health with not less than two years post-qualification experience.
Community Health Extension Worker Certificate with 5 years experience.
Applicant must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) and possess a current practicing license.

2. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE FOR ONE (1) CALENDAR YEAR PROGRAMME

In addition to qualification in (a) above, candidates must possess any of the following Professional Qualifications and experience for eligibility to apply.

Must have qualified as a Community Health Extension Worker.
Possess a First Degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, Public Health, or HND in Community Health.
Must possess current Practicing License.

(B) WRITTEN TEST AND ORAL INTERVIEW
