If you read the news properly ,instead of just consuming headlines on social media, you'll know that the bridge was just opened at Christmas to allow for easier flow of traffic and then was shut after Xmas to allow for it's completion.

They should quickly concession the road, alongside others, so that we can have confidence that they will be well maintained.

We should be able to drive from Lagos to Enugu on 100% smooth road.
