The parent and F1 generation is what Amo has from my findings.

The other Noilers in circulation are F° generation, some are even half Local half noiler...

I don't know if colour of legs matter too because mine had yellow feet.
They were heavy sha...a little bit above 2/3 the weight of a 3 month-old broiler
