Choba Academic Research Initiative (CARI): A Successful Retreat for Advocating Collaboration, Healthy Living, and Academic Excellence

The Retreat of Choba Academic Research Initiative (CARI), which was held from Friday, May 19th, to Sunday, May 21st, 2023, at Owerri, can be appraised as a resounding success. The retreat was well attended by members of the organisation, who came together to discuss key issues affecting the organisation and chart the way forward.

One of the highlights of the retreat was the extraordinary plenary session, which was presided over by the Chairman, Dr. Gift Worlu, who facilitated a productive discussion on issues concerning the welfare of members. During this session, members unanimously agreed on a number of issues, including the need to establish an investment blueprint that will benefit members in the long run.
