‼️Changed my diet and exercise regularly.

🧠 I struggled to take tests in high school. My brain isn't wired to work in complete silence, so testing was extremely stressful AND my diet wasn’t great.

🥑 Now, I make sure I have a high protein diet and fast regularly to improve my concentration.

💪I exercise every day even if it’s just a long walk to get my 10k steps in 🚶
