Mine is picture quality is clear enough with good features, like I told you before, it's QLED I got better than my old hiesense. Maybe you guy bought those refurbished that is out there.

His own is Qled ohhh. I guess it's cos of the ARC Cable he is using rather than HDMI. I told him to try it with HDMI. Thanks Alot for your response
