StepTwo:
Why is no one rating our own snow in portharcourt, is it because ours is uniquely black and not white?

Lol, you mean "Black soot"
The atmosphere is better now in PH due to the clampdown on oil bunkery activities.

And it has snowed in Johannesburg before

I will never forget the year in the 90s when it was raining ice blocks in Jos. I was in a pub drinking when something was pelting its roof. People were running helter-skelter. And when I rushed out to gauge what was going on, I almost missed being hit by one of the frozen rocks, some of which were the size of two fists.
Wonders shall never end. Go and live in Jos, one day, perhaps, you might get to see snow falling.

Wow i love snow by God Grace i shall experience it in my life
You will dislike it when you experience it, it is only beautiful in photographs. When it melts everywhere becomes messy and your car brakes will not be effective hence your vehicle can skid off road, one time I almost had an accident in Aberdeen when I applied break on a downhill road leading to a junction, I almost got bashed by a bus.

You can simulate it by lying in your freezer for some minutes, if you love the feeling you get then you will be sure you love snow.
That is a bad piece of advice and experiment.
You just sent him a deadly directive and misaligned allusion capable of ending his life.
Badt guy!

How cold was the temperature, like degree Celsius?
And what was the coldest you personally witnessed that was officially known?
I think the statement about areas around Lesotho does slow is appropriate considering the state proximity to Lesotho; a recognised country with regular snowy winters.
