Political office holders should be paid the least salary with zero allowance simple.

Politics should be made less attractive, pay political office holders the same salary you'll pay a secondary school teacher.
Every political office holder should resume back to his/her normal work after serving in the appointed or elected office. Politician shouldn't be an occupation, If you are a teacher before been elected into an office then you'll have to go back to classroom ones your tenure is over in your elected post.
