Hon Ogah Wins Onyejiocha Again As INEC Rejects Her Submission by Sabuba: 8:34pm On May 27, 2023
Amobi Ogah Media Support Group, has described the move by the defeated APC House of Representative Candidate in the just concluded Isiukwuato/ Umunneochi federal constituency 2023 election, Nkiruka Onyejiocha, to INEC office demanding for certificate of return, as a move of shame and desperation.

The group said they got the information from a source in the Commission, informing it on how the defeated APC candidate approached INEC, citing the ruling by Federal High Court in kano and was turned back disgracefully by the commission.

“Nkiruka Onyejiocha should accept her faith of losing the election and also move on as no amount of distraction would make our Principal, Hon Amobi Ogah, to lose focus on why his people elected him

“We are also aware of her moves to buy the Judiciary at the election tribunal, of which it was exposed”.

It would be recalled that the Court of Appeal in Kano has suspended the judgment of a Federal High Court that invalidated the primaries that produced Alex Otti and other Labour Party (LP) candidates in Abia State.

The decision was made on Saturday by Justice Mbaba, who also granted Alex Otti’s application to appeal as an interested party.

The Court of Appeal’s order comes in response to the motion for leave filed by the Abia Governor-Elect, seeking permission to appeal as an interested party against the judgment delivered by the Kano Division of the Federal High Court on May 18, 2023, in Suit No. FHC/KN/CS/107/2023.

Additionally, the Appellate Court has granted an order for stay and suspension of the judgment issued by Justice Yunusa J. of the lower court.
